Biscuit Cooling Conveyor

This conveyor is used for cooling down the biscuits after baking to enable the products complete cool down for arranging and packaging. The design of this cooling conveyor may be varied subject to the different requirements and site environment. This cooling conveyor tunnel is used for cooling down the biscuits after baking, in order to make the products completely cool down for arranging and packaging. The cooling conveyor tunnel adopts natural cooling in ambient temperature. This is to avoid the breakage and misshape of biscuits during arranging and packaging. It can be equipped with a 90/180 degree curve conveyors to form a U shape or designed in a Z shape to save the occupying space.

1.Straight line type: Using straight line biscuit cooling conveyor in the enough length factory.

 

2.Zigzag type:Using zigzag type cooling conveyor in limited both length and width factory.But need enough height.

 

3.U type:Using single or multiple turning machine to lengthen cooling length in the limited length factory.
Once biscuit have cooled,it is usually necessary to stack them in order to feed to sandwich machine or packing machine. There are two systems for placing biscuit.

Through poles conveyor and move on board with the poles, noodles are spread on to the machines. When noodle get cooled through air blower (hot air is discharged outside the workshop) these are transmitted to next production procedure.
